Then I click on scan and it starts and runs for a while and then shuts down and restarts, I click no, as advised in the notes, and be sure the correct items are checked. When I try to run the GMER, it gets to the point where it stops and asks if you want to run a complete scan. It has so much junk on it I don't know where to start. I have been letting my granddaughter use it for homework. I am running Vista on my HP Pavilion laptop.
